These terms cover your use of jobshopestimator.com. The site is run by Brandname Maker LLC, doing business as True Frontier ("we" or "us"), 2549 N National Ave, Springfield, MO 65803, USA. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This site describes Kevin Kirchner's work and lets you book a call. Booking a call doesn't create a contract or a client relationship.

Prices and work

Prices on this site are in US dollars and cover the scope described for that offer. Work starts only after we both sign a written agreement covering scope, price, timing and payment. If this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Payments, refunds and cancellation

Each engagement is a one-time fixed price. We don't sell subscriptions or charge automatic renewals through this site. Refunds and cancellation follow the signed agreement. If a fix you choose uses an outside service with its own monthly fee, we tell you the cost before we start. You pay that provider under its own terms, and you can cancel with them at any time.

No promises about results

We describe our work honestly, but we can't promise specific business results.

Booking and other sites

Booking runs on Calendly, under Calendly's terms and privacy notice. This site links to other sites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for them.

Our content

The text, design and photos on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us, including Unsplash and Pexels photographers. Please don't copy them without permission. We name other companies and products only to describe a problem. That doesn't mean they endorse us or that we're connected to them.

Limits

We provide this site as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our total liability for your use of the site is limited to $100. Your rights under any signed agreement aren't affected.

Governing law

Missouri law governs these terms. Any dispute about this site goes to the state or federal courts in Greene County, Missouri.

Changes and contact
