How working together goes

It starts with a call. We talk, I look at how your shop quotes today, and then the fix is built for your shop.

Three steps

  1. Book a call. You talk to me. I'll ask how quoting works in your shop, and I'll listen.

  2. Walk me through a few recent RFQs. From the email to the sent quote. I note where each one waited and for how long.

  3. Get a fix built for your shop. What it looks like depends on how you work today. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.

What waiting costs

  • Every day an RFQ waits, your customer can send it to a shop that quotes faster.
  • Quotes you meant to send today slide to later, and later doesn't come.
  • And when you're out, quoting stops with you.

Try it with your own inbox: count the RFQs waiting on you right now, and think about what one won job is worth.

Common questions

What exactly do you build?

It depends on how you work today; we figure that out on the call.

Will AI set our prices?

No. You or your estimator set every price. If you want AI to price jobs on its own, I'm not the right fit.

What about prints under NDA, or with your customers' security rules?

They stay out of consumer AI. On our first call, I'll ask what your customers require. Before I see any files, we agree on what I can access and where files stay. If a print can't leave your systems, it doesn't.

How much of my time does it take?

I need you to walk me through some recent quotes. We'll plan those times on the call.

Start with a call

Book a call and tell me how quoting works in your shop today. You can also look through the common problems first.

If something else is on your plate, bring it to the call.
